How do I obtain a contract so you can start providing healthcare professionals to me? Just give us a call! Complete Medical Staffing only needs some basic information from you in order to get a contract started for your facility. Our contract does not bind you to use us - it only allows you to use us in a more timely manner if ever the need arises. Please give us a call at 866-801-9492 or e-mail marketing@completemedicalstaffing.com to begin the process!
What does it cost if I sign a contract for services but never utilize one of your healthcare professionals? IT COSTS YOU NOTHING!!! That's right! You can sign a contract, interview 100 healthcare professionals and never pay one cent. You only pay for healthcare professionals that are actually placed in your facility for work. It's a great way to have a safety net set into place just in case the need for staffing arises in your facility.
What are the costs of obtaining a healthcare professional through your agency? Our costs will depend on the discipline of the healthcare professional, the skill level and the geographic location where the healthcare professional will be working. We include a range of rates on each contract in order to ensure the maximum savings for our clients. Other staffing agencies may give you a flat rate; but, we can actually save you money by giving you specific pricing per healthcare professional based on their education and experience. A flat rate is given with a job confirmation for each healthcare professional placed at your facility.
Does Complete Medical Staffing offer qualified healthcare professionals in all settings? Yes. If you have needs in acute care, outpatient, pediatrics, home health, or long term care, we've got someone who can help.
How much lead time do you need to meet a request? Try us and you may be surprised! The more advance notice the better, but our staff are experts at meeting needs on very short notice.
